mine is xx02, why i still didn't get my tax return.
BTW: i filed my tax with my wife (ITIN application submitted with federal
tax
form), and she got the ITIN one weeks ago.
Anyone know how long it takes to get the tax return after receiving the
ITIN approval letter?
