这个月月经提前，前7天左右都是少量黑色的血，然后几天就变成鲜红的，量适中。
一直都14天了，还没结束。很担
心，请问是怎么回事啊！

想把w-4上的dependent多加几个，这样现在到手的钱就会多一些。只是不知道可不可以
随时改w-4？

more info. your age, past menstruation, past disease, any medication...any
contrecetive,weight change...

Yes, you can modify your W-4 anytime. In you case, don't add number of
dependents. Instead, change the number of allowance. There's a work sheet
along with W-4 to calculate the proper allowance based on your projected
itemized deduction.
Note that it you itemize, you will loss the standard deduction. If you buy a
house in the second half of the year, your savings may not be as much as
you have (or the loan agent has) calculated.
