很多筒子连旅行证都没见过就在那浮想联翩

我老婆怀孕5个月，下腹及后腰剧痛难忍，伴有喷射状呕吐。昨晚去ER，医生说最可能
是Kidney stone。我在网上查了一通，看上去没有针对孕妇的有效疗法。难道真的就这
么一直忍着？但这也不是办法啊。而且痛久了对胎儿也不利。我现在人在国内，什么也
做不了，真的快崩溃了。求好心人给点建议吧。
另外我老婆本来是计划要这个月底回国的，单程机票都买了。不知她这种情况回到国内
怎么办。头绪很乱，先谢谢了。

我自己明明做好了税，07年税全退，结果朋友给推荐了个税务师，说他好，就用了。
结果这个人，比我自己做的还少退500。我晕死了。
原因是我的学费那块，他给算的是tax credits，我自己算的是tax deduction。这两个在联邦税里没什么区别，不过州税，就差了这么500大洋。
我那个心痛呀，还得另外再付75给他的咨询费。
下面请问，我是不是要file一个1040x去改正错误？唉，郁闷死了。

opium like drugs, like meperidine can relieve the pain (it is regularly used
for kidney stone), but some reported it may do harm to fetus.
anticholinergic, which is also used for stone, can depress baby heart rate,
and some of them may cause fetal damage. i understand kidney stone pain is
one of the most severe pain, but generally it does not cause any damage. for
your wife, you should work closely with a doc, carefully study every drug
to be used. using one or two doses may not do permanent dam

Mayhua, thanks a lot for your info.
Currently I am in China and my wife is still in US and planning to come back
.
She has one big stone and two small ones. Doc used some pain killer for her
last night. Today she doesn't feel much pain anymore even without medicine.
But it seems the stones are still there. Is this because the position
changed or sth? I am quite worrying the pain will come back at some point,
also worrying we do not have access to better medicine when she come back to
China.

表这么尖锐。。。，我的计算比他真实多了，他还给我虚加了好多donation和working at home什么的，我自己的计算，全部是真实数据。就这样还比他多500块！！！

your info is very helpful to me.
My wife said after taking the medicine, she could not move around and feel
quite sleepy although she could not actually fall asleep. Her description
sounds like taking anaesthetic.
We don't know the drug name yet. But the doc keep telling her it's ok for
the baby. Is it really doing no harm to the baby? Which medicine do you
recommend if we want to take back to China?
I really appreciate your help.

Drinking a lot of water may be the best solution. But make sure
that the function of kidney would not be affected. Sometimes,
if stone blocks 输尿管, it can cause 肾积水 and 肾盂肾炎,
which will affect kidney's function.

there are 2 kinds of drugs used, one is anticholinergic one is opium like
drug. they may suppress or increase baby respiratory rate and heart rate of
the baby. there are so many drugs under each category. some doc may report
some bad side effect, such as mepridine, which may have some bad effects on
the fetus. but as a MD, we care more about big sample randomized controlled
study, less on single case report. if you want ot learn more, you can buy
pharmacology books,focusing on anticholinergic an
drug. they may suppress or increase baby respiratory rate and heart rate of
the baby. there are so many drugs under each category. some doc may report

I'll keep in mind of it. But do we need to check ultrasound regularly even
without pain? or damage of kidney can be made even she doesn't feel pain?
