2.2 Miles，开车7 分钟。上学时间8：00-8：15 am. 放学时间除星期三外， 2：
30-2：40 pm.
星期三是12：20 pm。

礼拜3开始感冒，后来耳鸣，真是难受啊，耳朵里老是有高频的声音，昨天看了医生，
开了抗生素，但是今天好像还没有好转啊，是不是我太心急了啊？

昨晚报了税，报完后没见提示邮寄什么，不过记得以前要寄个w2什么的。
今天收到turbotax email, 说IRS接受了，什么也不用做。是不是就什么也不用寄了？
另外，IRS接受了是不是还有被查账的可能？主要是有一个1099-misc的expense，大部
分都没有发票。

it is likely labyrinthitis or vestibular neuronitis, take the antibiotic
that the doc prescibed, and have a rest. most probably you will be fine.
by the way, do you have any hearing loss, or dizziness other than tinnitus.

什么也不用寄了
IRS即使接受了也refund, 三年内还有被查账的可能。

谢谢nitrates的回复。不知道是不是睡的太多，有的时候会感觉头晕。现在已经吃了两天阿奇霉素了，鼻塞和咳嗽倒是有很大的好转，但是好像耳鸣的症
状还没有太大的好转，请问这样是正常的吗？

azithromycin or any antibiotic is not good choice for cold.
cold is self limited.
for the dizziness, should be ok, oversleeping might be a reason.
Drink more water and have a good rest, you will be fine.

Eustachian tube is the medium connecting middle ear to nasapharynx. If you
have cold, whatever the viral, bacterial or allergens infections in your
back of thoart will fast affect your Eustachian tube. In your case,affected
Eustachian tube gave you tinnitus.
When your cold goes away, your tinnitus will disappear too. Believe or not,
one of side effects of Azithromycin is tinnitus. So finish your antibiotic
course, waiting for your cold symptoms subside, then your tinnitus will go
away.

我有次耳鸣，后来发现是洗澡的时候耳朵进水了，睡觉的时候是侧身睡，所以水进了耳
朵深处。后来就自己好了。

谢谢nitrates 和yixiang!医生说有细菌感染到耳朵那里（具体术语我也不怎么听不懂
）所以开了抗生素zithromax 和 prednisone.已经吃了两顿ithromycin了，另外昨天晚
上也没有睡好，今天呆在家里觉得有dizziness，感觉总归有点在晃。。不知道是不是也因
为azithromycin。今天晚上是最后一个dose的azithromycin。希望休息一下会好点。我
现在觉得感冒的症状已经不厉害了，耳鸣的症状是不是还需要几天才能缓解？谢谢！

Feeling dizziness/imbalanced is the symptom of your affected labyrinth in

谢谢yixiang的解答！！那我现在就继续服药，好好休息了。医生说用完zithromax后停
10天再看，如果不好的话再用zithromax。希望到时候就好了不要再吃药了！明天就要
开学了，真的不希望一直这样耳鸣和头晕。
