我2004年8月F1来美，2009年10月H1,应该算是resident alien吧，ld2005年1月F2来美
，2007年转成F1,现在opt,我们可以joint file married吗，看1040 instruction说只
要有一个不是resident alien就不能file jointly as maried.
Generally, a husband and wife can not file a joint return if either spouse
is nonresident alien.
那我ld还得file 1040NR,而我file 1040，不知道对不对，谢谢
，2007年转成F1,现在opt,我们可以joint file married吗，看1040 instruction说只
