菜名:腰果虾仁炒西芹
材料:腰果,虾,西芹
做法:
1.油到八成热,炒腰果至金黄色,出锅备用
2.油继续加热到很烫,到如虾和西芹,炒炒炒
3.西芹炒炒会有菜汁的,所以将菜汁倒出,勾芡.菜还留在锅里继续炒着..
4.芡汁里面要放盐,稍稍糖,生抽,老干妈少少
5.芡汁倒回锅里,翻炒几下,关火,倒入1中的腰果继续翻炒均匀.
我的心得:
一定记得腰果临近出锅的时候才放回,不然回变很软的.而且,最好是勾芡的,因为芹菜蛮
难吸收味道的 :)

另外，withholding tax的意思是已经提前代扣了，所以我不用管交税，只管报？
另外不给我寄1099，那要报的话我怎么报
