是从bank的网站还是从utility的网站？Thanks.
还有，我的saving账户被扣了$4,打电话去那个representive说小于300有$2的month
fee，他也说不清楚为么被扣了$4,还要需要调查。打电话时我发现我的saving账户里又
有个$4在processing，前后只差两天,赶紧跟他说了. 他说没看到也不明白我在说什么
。我赶紧让他把saving给关了，也不想再问的bill pay的事了。

住一个apartment,把parking出租了。然后HOA每个月400。这种情况下，租出去的
parking可以算有expense吗？算多少合适？
请大牛们指教。

Login to BOTW's online banking, you will find it.
Better keep the balance in saving account more than $300 to waive the
monthly service fee, by the way, 1.5% is a very decent interest rate for a
saving account at current market.

请问如何找到要bill pay给那个银行的信息呢？我想pay amex的信用卡，没有找到如何
填写payee的信息，谢谢。

还有，我没有saving，只有checking，应该没有月费吧？

When you login to BOTW, as long as you see
"FREE CHECKING ******XXXX" of your account, then there is no monthly
service charge.

Bill Pay -> Manage Payees -> Add New Payee
Then fill out the basic info (like zip code etc.) for the payment from
your Amex's account statement and let the BOTW search the payee info for
you.
