现在J1，找到一个下家薄厚，愿意提供H1，问题是我的j1还有两个月到期。现在办来的

具体情况是：
老公是I-140申请人，在个人信息一栏里如实给出了老婆的名字。
现在老婆由H4转申F1, 申请表里有一项问道：
Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person
included in this application?
老婆是这个F1 application唯一的申请人，现在很迷惑的是，那个i-140 petition算
是老婆的 immigrant petition 吗？能不能拿到F1，这项的回答很重要，有类似经历
的同学吗？谢谢大家了！！！

你办豁免了吗？如果没有，你不可能转H4，当然也不可能办H1b

once you get receipt, you can stay in US to wait it approval. so you don't
need to transfer to H-4

好像挺贵的，我记得Pampers100个3号是150还是180

国内还是挺贵的，一包尿布动辄一二百没了

If get the H1b receipt of the new lab while there is several months to the
start day of H1B, I could stay at US if there is no support of old lab(more
directly to say, if old boss fire me between the time receiving receipt and
the start day could I stay in US)? Thanks
