Quick question: when depart U.S., it's required to return the I-94 to USCIS/
INS. But which one is to be returned?
1) The white one stapled in passport when entered the U.S. port several
years under F1 status, or
2) The I-94 at the bottom of the I-797?
Or both?

我总觉得她象个男的，象韩国那个男变女的河秀丽。
后来一沟沟，原来整过容的。总觉得她的脸怪怪的，又不知道哪里怪。那以比林君还自

你先在B州查名，看看你的LLC是否在B州可以同名注册。
然后
在B州注册全新公司。开好银行帐号等一切。
在A州FILE一个DISSOLATION,就是正式关闭。
就OK啦。

原来的EIN当然要换，因为公司已经换了。
注册公司的手续完全可以自己办，当然取决你要注册哪个州。我都自己办的。
EIN手续就太简单了。我跟你说，就15分钟的事情！何必花钱呢。（就这15分钟，一般
律师或注册会计师至少得收个100刀）

我想应该不需要重新注册款EIN吧。公司是可以换到别的州的。
我也会有同样的问题，过半年左右我会搬家到别州，自己的LLC也得转过去。我有一些
客户，他们有建立我公司的档案作为supplier list,如果修改EIN可能就比较麻烦。
晚上我问问CPA，看他有什么建议。到时候上来更新。

我的理解是只需要改地址就可以了，银行帐号都不用改。不过不太确认。

这种情况叫做redomestication,其实等于要在A州解散公司然后在B州重新注册新公司。
如果仅仅是把公司的primary business address从A搬到B，那就是要在B州递交
application to do business as a foreign business,即公司注册地仍在A州。如果这
样，自然就可以保留EIN。

刚才问过CPA，他的建议是到新的州重新申请一个同名的公司，然后关掉在本州的公司
。银行账户和联邦的EIN都不用变，因为这些跟所处的州没有关系。

很多乱七八糟的费用到business checking account上面。感觉对小公司相当的不友好。
另外Paypal现在似乎也可以存check了，有没有使用过？

银行账户应该没有什么问题，基本上各银行都没有什么收费。BOA只要你的checking
account上面有个几千美元，基本上就没有任何其他的费用。
没用过paypal存check。

我很久以前看的，记错了。昨天重新看了一下，BOA的business fundamentals甚至只要
每个月有250块的purchase就免月费。这个基本就是免费了。估计到时候用这个。
