java software engineer
很稳定的公司，health care 方面的。不必担心layoff。
有趣也有些challeng的job，公司核心技术。
job description 是junior level，不过compensation根据你的经验和skill决定，
salary cap 比较高。

最后还是长的好看的被选中，
或是会演戏的，里面的被选中的一些女生都很会演戏，什么爸爸死了，妈妈病了，自己
的要摔伤了，六欢也挺吃这一套的。这哪里是选好声音呀

其实他的观点已经都说得很清楚了。就是9月到08年1或者2季度。接下来当然是按各国
所有的名额慢慢挪。

Possible timeline prediction:
1. Q1 or Q2 of 2008 by Sep 2011. 35k new demand will rush into the system
2. Retrogress back to March/April of 2007 starting from Oct. 2011(1st day of
FY2012).
3. Then move slowly from March 2007 to July 2007 by Q3 of FY 2012.
4. In the summer of 2012, they should advance PD into 2008, then open gate again, maybe move to Q1/Q2 of 2009.

I believe in the future USCIS will open gate every summer to accumulate
demand for next Fiscal Year.
I think you have some chance to submit 485 in the next summer, but the
chance is a little small because there are estimated 80k demand before you.
You should be able to submit 485 in the summer of 2013 for sure.

有个疑问，为啥会一下子退到07年3月呢？因为错过大潮新交485的PD？

关于排期倒退你说的可能是对的。但我无论如何没法理解这种做法的好处是什么。比如
说9月份开放到了
2008年底，然后把排期一直放在这个地方，或者哪怕每个月只前进一个星期，我实在想
象不出这对大家
没有任何害处，或者会给USCIS造成什么问题。
