加入AGI是10万，这种情况罚款是多少呢？我还是没看明白。多谢多谢
The fee for not having coverage in 2015
The penalty for 2015 is the higher of these:
2% of household income
Maximum: Total yearly premium for the national average price of a Bronze
plan sold through the Marketplace
OR
$325 per adult
$162.50 per child under 18
Maximum: $975

mm这种情况跟有几个老人没关系
如果是filing jointly，罚款是：
(AGI-20600）*2% 除以12乘以他们在这边的月份
不在的月份，我也没填8965的exemption，因为他们在国内都有很好的保险，人在国内
的时候看病都是有保险的
依据是：
Foreign coverage. In general, coverage provided by a foreign employer to its
employees and related individuals is minimum essential coverage
For this purpose, minimum essential coverage includes a group health plan
provided by an overseas employer and certain expatriate health plans.
所以我觉得他们不在美国的月份是不用再填一份8965 report exemption。就是说按照
worksheet算出来美国的月份的罚款，填在1040里的Health care: individual
responsibility，是不是就行了
8965里还专门说：Form 8965 is used only to claim and report coverage
exemptions. Don't use it to report minimum essential coverage even if you
are unable to check the Full-year coverage box on your tax return.
