1. I was looking for an apt to rent and saw a house in a nice neighborhood
with a cheap price, but there is no other information except email. Sent an
email to ask the address.
2. She told me the address. The house looks nice.
3. She said she relocated to UK and need to find sb to good take care of her
house.
4. Sent me an application form. I filled it and emailed back.
5. She said will mail me the keys and leasing documents after confirm I give
her deposit and 1st month rent, but did not mention how can I give her the
money.
The weired thing is the phone number she gave does not work for me, but my
friends in UK called her successfully yesterday and can not do it today.
