注册的时候有这个选项“Yes, please e-mail me special offers, information

这个选项如果没选，就收不到email，如果选了，就能收到。
我刚才又注册了另外一张，选了，就收到了。
但是注册后，都看到了Thank you的页面，应该说明成功了，就能拿到的吧？

去年的经验，只要卡号不同就可以。
一般amex直接发的卡，正付卡卡号位数不同，可以拿到2个$25. citi amex正付卡号完
全一样就不可以，算一张卡。
