常识着做不同的风味,其实就是贪吃么 :)
在TJmaxx买了本spanish “Tapas”,试了几个,比较成功和喜欢的是这个 miniature
brochettes,原版用的pork,我做的时候刚好冰箱里有盒鸡心,就取而代之了,又加了
蘑菇和彩椒配色,虽然照片比较失败:(
材料:
1 lb lean, boneless pork (or similar amount chicken heart),
1 package (8 oz) button mushroom, cut to halves or 1/4,
1 large orange pepper.
marinating sauce:
3 tbsp olive oil,
grated rind and juice of 1 large lemon,
2 garlic cloves, crushed (or minced),
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, plus extra for garnish (I used cilantro,
depends on your taste),
salt and pepper to taste.
Direction:
Cut pork into pieces about 3cm square of 0.5-1 cm thickness (no need to half
chicken hearts) and put in a large, shallow, nonmetallic dish. Cut mushroom
and pepper to similar size.
Prepare the marinade: place all ingredients in a bowl and mi together. Pour
the marinade on and toss until well coated. Cover the dish and keep in
refrigerator for 8hrs or overnight. Stir 2-3 times during the time (I was
lazy...).
Use wooden or metal skewers (toothpicks work too!). If wooden ones were used
, soak them in cold water for 30min before using. Thread 1 chicken heart, 1
piece mushroom, 1 piece pepper on each skewer.
Preheat the broiler or grill pan. Cook the brochettes for 10-15 min or until
tender and lightly charred. Turing at least once and basting with the
remaining marinating sauce during the cooking.
Garnish with parsley or cilantro. Serve!
