之前信用分都是780左右的。
这两年都一直按时还钱，也没有开过新的信用卡。
今天一查，居然只有670多了。
顿时晕了。
发现是有个checking account.
n 年前的。 我就开卡的时候存了几百在上面，
之后就一直没用，也没管。
现在居然说我欠他们6刀。把我帐号close 而且到了collecting agent.
但我也没有收到任何东西呀。
估计是扣月费扣的，可是开卡的时候不记得有月费呀，而且印象中，credit union 那
种应该算是比较好的那种。
请问这种情况，我改怎样argue, 怎样dispute?

如果之前不受月费，现在才开始收，你要跟银行argue你没有收到通知说要收费
这种信用分的降低当问题fix以后，应该很快能涨回去，所以不要太郁闷了。
到底是哪个银行啊，这么狠？6刀也要到collecting agent
