My background:
US Ph.D 2009 (ok university top 70-80), now work for a big IC design company
as RFIC design engineer. Company sponsor EB1B
Journal 3 (2 first, 1 second), conference 14 (10 first), Ok journal, best
conferences, all English
Citation 30 from 9 countries (low, it is one of my weakness)
Reviewer 35 (4 journal, 1 good international conference)
One good international conference technical committee member
Sigma Xi full member.
Reference letter (7, 5 independent), 2 Europe + 1 Canada + 4 USA. From
national lab, company director and CTO, Professor in University
I realized this is not a very strong case (weakness: journal IF is middle in
my area, citation is low)
Company assigned attorney, no choice.
Attorney's petition letter claim 5: Contribution, authorship, judge other
people's work, membership (Sigma Xi+ Conference TCM) and Published material
in professional publications written by others about my work (one patent
cited two of my papers and got a support letter from the author)
Could anybody let me know your opinion about these claims? I think at least
I should combine the last one--Published material in professional
publications written by others about my work, with authorship to compensate
my weakness of my authorship.
