我的情况比较特殊，请大家帮忙看看如何解决：
我在达拉斯申请的EB1A，在ND之后等了两个多月，终于等来了FP。FP预约的时间是11月
23日下午1点。问题是我上周刚找到了一份加州的工作，开始日期是11月22日。我不可
能上班后第二天飞回达拉斯打指纹。
今天早上我尝试去Walk-in，结果被门卫拦住不让进。她说必须等到预约的日期才行。
我告诉她我那天有事，她说那你要reschedule，而且现在最早的available的日期是十
二月的第一个星期。我说我马上要去加州工作了，她说那你必须先改地址，然后跟那边
的office联系，看能否在那边预约。
问题时我现在还没敲定加州那边的房子，没法改地址。我大概要到了加州之后一两周才
能租一个房子（开始可能先住旅馆）。而我现在预约的时间是11月23日。等我租好房子
再改地址，然后再重新预约加州的，肯定23号之前搞不定了。FP通知上说，如果到期不
出现，485申请就算放弃了。
请问谁有过类似情况，我现在应该怎么办呢？不要因此搞得485被拒了就惨了。

这么…年轻人喜欢的那种。这种还真的是大众要求的吧，之前不是出的动画片都被禁了
吗？现在反而给大咧咧的做好了电视剧上了电视台，不是说这个类型的风格的东西都不
允许上吗？我看既然国家还真的是宽泛的要求啊，大概是有后台，或者是给大佬用了钱
了吧，要不怎么能上的网络剧？
现在国内的这个电视剧市场也分为两种东西了，一个是分为这种不能看的东西，也能上
的，大概是我说的那种，不重复，内部交易我们怎么知道怎么肮脏？另外一个就是积极
正向的，但是人都不爱看的，非要说好看的那种，之前拍出来的那种禁毒片子一样，其
实人们都知道这些只是冰山一角你拍出来还不如那些纪录片有意思呢。所以说这波也是
很尴尬，推着政策往前走也不怎么占便宜，就算是有政策增加一些收视率而已，然后就
觉得是这样的就要拍之类的。其实呢？就是给人个改编费用，等于让编剧挣点钱有点名
气罢了。
所以说，我感觉这个时候就不一刀切的很不明白啊，这个电视剧就是个很明显的例子，
我就不信国家不知道，就跟镇魂一样，以后还是跑不了是不是？

Try again to walk in. It really depends on who was at the front door, what
time of the day, how busy the center is at that particular moment. You might
get lucky next time.

In fact, this office (Dallas-North) is extremely busy. This is the reason
why I waited for more than two months to get the FP, while most people get
it within 1-2 weeks after ND. So I think the chance to be able to get-in is
very small.
I will try again to walk-in. Just in case I was refused again, what should I
do?

"while most people get it within 1-2 weeks after ND" is really really
not true.
more than a month is not something out of ordinary
I think as the other post mentioned, you can just try walk-in on a
different day... and bring your proof, such as air ticket, offer letter
with the start date etc

It's dependent on where you are. I waited for about 2.5 months to get the FP
notice, and was refused when we try to walked in. We were tole that walk-
in is only for those who missed their appointment...

Try after 3:00pm. The office closes at 4:00pm, they might be not so busy
after 3:00pm.
