麻烦各位今年提交了H1B申请并未用加快进程（premium processing）的人请回答一下
这个问题。你们从提交申请到收到可工作的那张纸一共等了多久？一定是未用加快进程
的人哦。不胜感激。如果不介意把申请表的月份和收到的月份写出来，那就再好不过了。

要投一篇文章，要求有cover page.
Manuscripts must have a cover page with title, name and addresses (including
e-mail address) of authors, an abstract, and a set of keywords.
请问，用什么命令能生成这样一个cover page. 多谢。
