There are many parameters that control the spacing around floats,
and changing them arbitrarily isn't always a good idea if you
don't know how they work. See the chapter on "Floats" in The
LaTeX Companion. If you are at a university whose library subscribes
to Safari Books Online, see

If you want to hack at this blindly, try changing \textfloatsep,
\floatsep, \intextsep, but be warned that this won't necessarily
give you want you want unles

你这个是缩小的图片和图片之外的text的间距
op是要缩小图片里面没有内容的地方(上,下方)的面积
也许俺用的方法比较圡

i remember you can change the bounding box which actually defines
the size of your pic, you may google for help
