标题: 140交了快4个月了

在USCIS的网站上仍然查不到状态，说是your case can not be found。
让律师帮我查询下，回复说她通过电话跟USCIS officer问到，我的所有I-140申请在他
们的system里并且pending，但是网上查状态始终是查不到。
这里像我这种情况的人多吗？

I just got a tex file from others but can not understand the following:
% ...
\newif\ifpdf
\ifx\pdfoutput\undefined
\pdffalse
\else
\pdfoutput=1
\pdftrue
\fi
% ...
\ifpdf
% ...
\fi
Let the tex file with this header be tt.tex. If i simply run latex tt.tex,
how can I know the \pdfoutput is defined or not?
And a general question is where i can find the explanation of all these
conditional words?

这个是用ifpdf package实现的，package的文档在这里：
