本人EB1A,EB1B同时递交140，都没有递交485.
现在EB1A 140已经approve，EB1B 140还在Initial Review.
现在要递交EB1A的485，请问这种情况需要relink吗？
考古了版上，好像说只要没有递交过485，是不需要relink的？
万一EB1B的140没有批，会影响EB1A的485吗？

C program. 我想先写个小测试, 如果逻辑对的话再往我的UI上套。
逻辑就是，在输入参数时，如果用户不想改任何设置，直接按回车我就给他一个缺省值;
否则我把it的非空键盘输入读进来.
src是这样:

我已经从了thrust, 用数组加fgets做了，多一个local数组。
就这样了。

One consolation of the end of summer is always the arrival of Joe-Pye Weed,
a generous, floriferous, tall garden treasure native to the eastern U.S. and
treasured by all who know its effortless beauty and eagerness to naturalize
. The 4- to 4 1/2-foot stalks, which resemble those of Lilies, are topped
with large, curving flowerheads composed of many dozens of small blooms, in
every shade of purple from lilac to deep royal. Despite the bushy habit of
the plant and the dense blooms, the effect is airy and soft.
Joe-Pye Weed blooms the first year if the seed is sown early enough, and
will naturalize freely to increase its glorious show year after year. It is
superb for mixed beds and even borders, but you may want to plant it in a
setting where it can spread. The cut flowers are excellent in the vase, too!
Asking only full sun and normally- to poorly-fertile soil, Eupatorium grows
easily and flourishes in most settings!

Joe Pye weed is a showstopper of a prairie native, producing huge, puffy
flower heads in late summer. It prefers moist soils, but with its extensive
root system, it also tolerates drought well. It is a large plant, growing 4
to 6 feet tall.
Closely related, hardy ageratum is a spreading plant that grows to only 2
feet tall. Another relative, white snakeroot, reaches 4 to 5 feet tall. All
are great for naturalistic or cottage plantings and for attracting
butterflies.
