买了netopia combo的，由路由器带modem，结果无法完成注册。

One might want to use \vspace*{xin} if this is the first command of the page
(which is very likely the case for the title.
Also, x (as in {xin} above) should be "2-topmargin" if you want the title to
be 2 inches below the top edge of the paper.
