我总觉得LaTeX中缺省的表格不是很好看，行与行上下的间隙太窄，表格内容感觉挤坐一
团，我想拉大一点行的间隙，可是\vspace 或 \vskip 都无法用，不知道那位有没有什么
经验帮助解释一下。

There are a few things you can try:
1. The row breaking \\ can take an optional argument,
i.e., \\[6pt] will add 6pt to the bottom of the row.
2. If you \usepackage{array} or \usepackage{longtable},
You can say \setlength{\extrarowheight}{3pt} to add
some extra vertical space at the top of a row.
3. My preferred solution is to \usepackage{array} and
do something like this (when you want to add the
same amount of space to all rows at once and all
the rows have the same height):

我折腾了一个上午也没有弄明白的问题你都给解决了！
能否推荐一些比较intensive的TeX手册，我现在用的是那个手册，现
在显得有些不够了，很多问题解决不了。再谢一次!

I normally refer to "The LaTeX Companion", currently in
the second edition, written by the LaTeX developers,
ISBN 0-201-36299-6. It's US$60, but in my opinion
well worth it if you are a serious user of LaTeX.
The book by Lamport, the original developer of LaTeX,
ISBN 0-201-52983-1, it much lighter in weight, and
probably costs arount US$30-40. It is more suitable for
beginner users of LaTeX.
I don't use other reference books (other than Knuth's
TeXbook, which isn't LaTeX-specific), so I can't
