at least you can edit the mail file using whatever editor you like.

或forward给自己, 但要小心删掉附件.

I'm rather surprised that we can't just delete the attachment in the email.
I think it should be very easy to acheive this. After all, we can add a "D"
in front of that attachment.

是有点奇怪
可以D但不能EXPUNGE
不过从MAILFILE里抽出ATTACHMENT将其删除还是很复杂的
记得OPTION里面有不SAVE"ATTACHMENT"的,所以先SAVE到一个FOLDER
再SAVE回去可能就可以了
还有,PINE支持IMAP,如果SERVER有IMAP的话,根本不用当心ATTACHMENT的大小
