what's the device name for the ethernet card in solaris 8.
( like eth0 in linux )
When I installed my Solaris 8, I choose "not networked".
Is the ethernet card drived installed? if not, how can I
install it?
I am a beginner, don't laugh at me:))

/dev/hme (for 10/100MB cards) or /dev/le (for old 10MB cards)
I think hardware should be automatically detected. You just
"touch /reconfigure" and reboot, it will reconfigure the kernel.
But probably you don't have all the network software installed.
