I copied some files from windows 98 to
SCO Unix. when I use rm delete them,
it reports:
345 >rm *.*
rm: remove `di2001.jpg', overriding mode 0555? y
rm: di2001.jpg: Permission denied
but I'm the owner of the file!
I can not delete those files from windows 98
too!
what should I do now?

no, I changed it to 700
but does not work

You need to have write permission to the directory
