i want to make the files in one account(id) accessible to another id. how to

fs sa . userid rlidwka
you might want to limit some of the access right just in case from the
"rlidwka" list

for people in our group I usually use
chmod 755 files
for executables
or chmod 744 files
for read-onlys.
