Hi, I am trying to make a simple annotated bibliography
file using Latex. My question is: I want to make seperated
topics in those bibliographys, eg. Subtopic 1, some referrences;
subtopic 2, some referrence, ... How can I do it in the bib file?

I think the bib files can remain the same. You will need to
arrange the citations in your tex source file.
I remember there is an ``annotated bibliography for graph drawing
algorithms'' something like that and you can find the tex source
file of it. Just try googling it to see if you can get some ideas
from it.
