try
uname -v
psrinto -v
prtconf | grep -ni Mem
it works for my Sparcstation SunOS 4, I had, cpu, op version, memery
information out of these three.

sysinfo
gives more information than u need

one way to find some system specific information related command are:
man -k system
just in case those we mentioned still did not work.
