没办法, 都不好
推荐Sampler, 只能在Solaris下用.

Oprofile on linux,
Dtrace on any other unix :-) Hope this one does not die with Sun.

dtrace AIX版本有没有？

No. You are right. There are just too many unixes.
It is available on solaris, bsd, and Mac OSX.
