用bash发送udp包，用如下命令
cat myfile >/dev/udp/host/port,
居然要大约15秒这个命令才返回，有高手指点一下这是什么原因么？难道不是把UDP包
扔出去就返回么？

This is a 2-step process.
You read in from one file and write to another. You need to find out if it
is the read or write that takes long. Most common, it's the write. Then it
depends on what kind of storage you have on that file system and host
workload at the time.
