I just read an article, which says "The 90 percent tax would apply to people
with overall income exceeding $250,000, including bonuses."
Is this 90% only applying to tax or to the whole income?

其实很方便
停车，到了签证处旁边就有收费的停车地方，不想交钱稍稍绕远一点，往偏僻点的地方
绕一下就有很多路边的空位，免费两小时(wisconsin ave平行的一条叫什么taulaw的路
上都可以停，就走两三条街吧）
回邮信封可以在签证处对面(右手边）的邮局买（旁边还有一个fedex)
照相可以在签证处里面照，10元
申请表签证处里面也有(不过数量有限）
似乎签证处还有复印机（这点不太确定，我是自己复印了带过去的。)
交钱收信用卡
只要带好护照和身份证明（e.g. i20)就行了，其他的去了再说
最后赞一下服务人员的态度，非常好，还和我拉家常

apply to taxible income，或者说是高于某个额度以上的。美国个税
基本上也是一段一段进制的。
要不，还赚啥钱啊。

Does that mean you have to pay 90% tax if your income is above 250,000 even
if you do not receive any bonus?
By the way, the 90% tax only apply to people in a company receiving 6
billions or more from federal.

这个离我也很远。只是LD说个人收入在２５万以上就要在超出部分征９０％的税。我不
同意她的说法。我的理解是２５万以上要征bonus９０％的税，其它正常收入则按常规
税率征收，否则我们贫下中农就笑了。国会山的老财们会革自己的命吗？
