你当初办你的h1b的时候，竟然没有告诉律师你老婆是你的dependent??

我告诉了，把材料都给律师了，最近才知道，律师要下周才帮我交上去材料

Her I-539 should have been filed together with your
I-129 by the lawyer.
Strictly speaking your wife ceased to have valid F-2
status when you became H-1B. File that I-539 right
away and hopefully USCIS will forgive the lapse.
Also ask the lawyer to get in touch with your DSO to
make sure that your wifes SEVIS record is properly
closed and not red-flagged automatically because of
the termination of your F-1 status.
