几个人的小公司，老板想用SEP IRA 为我们几个员工设立退休账户（据说这较其他
plans便宜且可contribute较多）。
想问一下在哪里开账户综合cost较低（Fidelity, Scottrade, or ...)？
老板只管放钱入账户，投资由个人完成。主要以定期买入ETF，MF为主，暂不会考虑
stock。

老爸要去广州签旅游探亲签证，但是本人从来没有去那里签过。不知现在广州领事馆签
证之后可以自己领取护照，还是一定要通过邮寄送达？

I have used Fidelity before. I don't think they charge fees for opening and
maintaining an account. They also have no-load funds, if that is what you
are looking for.

广州领事馆邮寄只送广东，广西，福建，海南四个省。你可以自己领取护照，但是也要
付10元的邮寄费，去骏源邮局取。

I did a little research, and found maybe Vanguard is a good option:
1. Vanguard ETF is commission-free. I prefer buying ETF rather than MF, and
there will be many transactions over the long term. So the money saved could
be substantial.
2. Transaction fee (stock and non-Vanguard ETF) is also low .

Good for you. Also check out ETF fees, though Vanguard usually has low fees.
