mm现在美国做交流，J1，2010年秋天回国，我本人2010夏天去美做博后，计划年底结婚
，想知道如果到时候mm探亲申请签证的时候会受J1回国两年的限制吗？
另外，如果不受限制，希望我年底回国结婚之后直接mm也申请探亲签证和我一起返回，
这样可以一起过个寒假，不知道这种情况下会不会容易被拒，因为刚团聚，还没有分开
，签证官会不会觉得没有探亲必要？
请大家给个签证方面的可行性建议吧，谢谢！

J1要豁免了以后才能申请别的签证.

She will not need the 212(e) waiver to apply for a J-2
visa if you are a J-1 postdoc.
She will need the 212(e) waiver or be exempt to apply
for an H-4 visa if you are an H-1B postdoc.
She will not need the 212(e) waiver to apply for a B-2
visa regardless of whether you are J-1 or H-1B.
