DOS在线申请中，有一项，问配偶是否j1，If Yes, he or she must apply separately

我和ld都是j1，都没有waiver呢，现在正在申请我的waiver，可是目前ld还没有case
number。但是，不填case number就不让到下一步。
怎么办？填no肯定不行，填yes，就必须case number。这怎么办啊？
