以前的公司不是上市公司，所以没有这方面经验。前年跳槽来到上市公司，给了
restricted stock awards, 去年满一周年，vested 100股，被自动扣除了 40 股 for
tax withholding. 现在问题是这100 股兑现的股票怎么报税呢？填什么表？被扣除的
40股的已付税款怎么弄到1040上？多谢！

打算暑假请姐姐全家三口来这里玩一个月，但不知道是不是签证官会认为全家签证移民
倾向高些。如果是这样，那么姐姐打算自己带孩子来玩，毕竟主要是孩子想来玩。那位
有经验？谢谢！

If you have not sold the stock, you don't have to do anything other than W-2
, 100 shares are already on your W-2 (check RSU on the right bottom corner)
and 40 shares sold is already on your W-2 tax withholding.
If you have sold the stock in 2014, report the sales on schedule D capital
gain,
your cost is 100 * market price of the day you got the stock, which is the
same as RSU on your W-2.

申请到了，当时申请就批准了。

请问申请Bussiness的卡还能有3万5的bonus吗？貌似规定是如果有personal的bonus就
不会再给第二次了

personal和biz可以各拿一次吧，你哪来看到的规定？？

我收到的Amex客服邮件回复是:
I' like to inform you that our Cardmember Agreement states that "You may be
permitted to have more than one Delta Skymiles Card account; however, you
are eligible to receive welcome bonus points for only one Card Account. If
you previously closed a Delta Card Account, a Gold Card account, or a
Platinum Card Account, you are not eligible for welcome bonus points if you
open another Delta Card Account, Gold Card account or Platinum Card Account."
