大家好，
我今年持j-1签证来美国访问了两个月，已经商量好，美国的老板不支付我任何报酬，
但是同意报销我在美国期间的房租。
由于房租费用需要预付，我使用自己的信用卡支付了房租。但是，在系里报销时，让我
提供W8表格。我看了一下表格的填写指南，其中写了：
Purpose of Form W08BEN
Establishing status for chapter 3 purposes. Foreign persons are subject to U
.S. tax at a 30% rate on income they receive from U.S. sources that consists
of:
Interest (including certain original issue discount (OID)); Dividends;
Rents;
Royalties;
Premiums;
Annuities;
Compensation for, or in expectation of, services performed;
Substitute payments in a securities lending transaction;
or
Other fixed or determinable annual or periodical gains, profits, or income.
好像要支付30%的税，请问这正常吗？房租花了2000刀，30%就是600刀啊！
注：我之前来过美国，累计j-1时间大约有超过2年，好像中美treaty已经不能用了。

已经递交快2个月了，一直没收到。有个朋友1个月就收到了，我两都是J2。快2个月了
