这个月底搬家到另外一个州。。信用卡2月5号出statement.
问一下怎么claim citi credit protector benefit (2-month minimium payment
waive)? 有什么trick吗？是出statement前还是后claim? 要先改地址吗？有什么要注
意的吗？

学校的offer letter里写学费全免还给“stipend” 但是并没有特别写是“fellowship
／scholarship”或者别的什么
来美前几年都全面税 code15
但是后来从某一年开始学校突然给改成code 19 只免税5000
我从入学开始身份学校从来没换过
如果我只给免5000 走article 20（c）, 那么我提供的“personal service”是什么
如果我是TA／RA 难道不应该学校单独出具一个什么东西让我签字么？
请问我应该怎么保税还是跟学校争取全面税？谢谢

以前在美国工作过，没有绿卡，回国工作一段时间后，再回美国工作申请H1的话，是不
是算重新申请，要占当年的Cap的呀？谢谢！

Call. You would better activate AFTER you move. Once you call to activate,
they will waive the minimum payment of next two statements. They may ask you
to mail some stuff.
For your case, to be safe, you can call after Feb 5. and enjoy the minimum
payment credit for March and April.

每次waive了minimum payment后，要及时付清balance吗？如果不付清，会收利息吗？
还有这两个月的protector fee还要收吗？
