正在搞有史以来的第一次报税，在用TurboTax。TurboTax说海外银行账户如果在2015年
超过10K刀的话，需要File a Report。请详见如下：
Based on your answers, it sounds like you may need to file a Report of
Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (commonly referred to as FBAR).
This form must be electronically filed separate from your tax return. While
this is not supported within TurboTax, you may find additional information
about filing the FBAR from the IRS.
