responsible for peptoid synthesis, purification and assembly. This
researcher will also be involved in exploiting peptoid assemblies for
applications. Instruments that will be used for peptoid synthesis and
purification include Aapptec Apex 396 solid-phase synthesizer, Waters SQD2
UPLC-MS system, semi-prep HPLC and lyophilizer. Techniques like atomic force
microscope (AFM), TEM, SEM, fluorescence microscope, UV-vis, FT-IR and
differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) will be used to characterize peptoid
assemblies and to test their functions.
