大家好,我的H4申请被要求request for evidence,今天刚file response,请问从现在起
到approval大概要多少时间？我又找到了工作，准备申h1-b, 这样的h4 pending状态是
不是要申h-1b with consular processing为最好呢？

Because EE people do not have background of CS, they cannot teach many of CS
courses; their tastes are different; during CS faculty meeting, when CS
faculty talk about different courses, EE background people may not
contribute much. In other words, for many CS depts, EE people do not match
well.
