想帮朋友咨询一下关J1签证的事情
朋友目前在美国大学做访问学者（非国家公派，目前没有豁免），他的2019表年底到期
，但是他想延长到其他学校再工作一段时间，想问大家一下，以他目前的签证状态是否
可以再申请其他的学校或者单位继续工作呢？必须要回国工作两年之后再回来么？
