第一次面签H1B，填写DS160中有一问：Are you a former exchange visitor (J) who
has not yet fulfilled the two-year foreign residence requirement?
我很久以前的确拿过 J1 并有2-year requirement，但是几年前就已经申请并获得 J1
waiver了，所以不用fulfill 2-year requirement。现在我应该回答No，还是Yes并且
explain我已经获得J1 waiver了？
麻烦有类似经历的朋友能回答一下，谢谢！
