4月的时候，它家有个OFFER，开卡后三个月消费1000，可以换一张机票，或者250刀的
GIFT CARD，现在找它们要，它们要我给它们当时这个OFFER的LINK，否则一分钱都不给
，我根本没保存。我提供了PROMOTION CORD，它们却说这个CORD可能只给某些人，不适
用所有的人。
请问，哪位大侠有当时这个OFFER的截图？

anyone know if they need to apply visa or the I-94 with valid stay status is
good to go? Thanks.

It was targeted offer and it's hard for you to argue unless you had some
confirmation from them then.

Are you asking whether they can enter Mexico? or whether they can re-enter
the US?

thanks for your reply.
actually I am concerned for both - entry into Mexico and back to US, if they
come back to US before their valid/authorized stay in US expires? Nowadays
B2 visa for Chinese citizens are all 10 years, so definitely still valid.
But when entering US from Mexico, do they need anything else? Any experience
to share? Thanks.

For entering Mexico, a valid unexpired US visa is enough.
For re-entering the US, they can re-enter using Automatic Revalidation if
they were in Mexico for less than 30 days and their previous I-94 is still
unexpired (in this case, whether the visa is expired or not doesn't matter).
Otherwise, they can just enter anew using the valid unexpired visa.
