应一位网友的要求，我做了这款面包。老公说这不就是中国的葱油饼吗？呵呵。
此款面包需要一些fresh herb调herb oil，家里正好还剩一些新鲜的dill，放在橄榄油
里调和了一下。此外，herb oil里还加了蒜泥、小茴香、黑胡椒、辣椒粉、盐。
此款面包的特点：里面很松软，外面很酥脆。我觉得味道超乎我预期的想象。
需要方子的，我可以另外补充。

Given a dictionary, and k characters, please find the longest word containg
the k characters. The ordering of these k characters does not matter and it
is not necessary they appear in the word continuously.
You preprocess the dictonary such that each time the query can be processed
efficiently for any given k characters.
以前的解use suffix tree or assign a int values to each character. None of
them work well.
不知道哪位能有什么高见呢？请赐教！

欲哭无泪啊，一不小心把护照也放里面了，
我用了usps priority mail,今天发现有可能搞砸了以后，order了USPS intercept估计
也不一定能intercept到。
寄到下面这里了，明天deliver. 还有什么办法吗？

use trie with max level k. suffix tree is trie with path compression. But
for this problem, I would not bother using suffix tree.
if you are allowed to ignore any pre-processing cost, then:
1. for each word, sort letters, then use the find_all_combination() algorithm to find all combinations of k letters
2. for each combination, search a leaf in trie. (If no leaf found, add a leaf which stores the current word.)
3. check if the current word is longer than the word stored in the leaf node. If

5 cups unbleached bread flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons instant yeast
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups water, at room temperature
1/4 to 1/2 cup herb oil
揉面团，面团是湿面团，但是要揉光滑。
台上撒一些面粉，将湿面团弄到台上，面团上再撒一些面粉，手上弄些面粉方便弄面团。
面团静置5分钟。将面团整成长方形。
拉面团，拉置两倍长，然后叠信封一样，叠好。如果你做不好，可以反复这个动作，直
到你叠好为止。
弄好后，放置半小时，然后再重复拉和叠的步骤，然后再静置半个小时。之后再重复一
次。每次静置的时候要先洒上一些油，然后撒一些面粉，再盖上塑料膜。
重复好以上步骤后，要将面团发酵一个小时，面团会膨胀但是不要两倍大。
取一个大的cookie sheet pan，上面铺上paper parchment.
paper parchment上浇上herb oil.将油抹开。
将面团放在paper parchment上。面团上面浇上herb oil.
用手指尖将油抹开，用手指尖的好处是防止气泡被拍扁。
将面团尽量弄成长方形，油一定抹全。
抹均匀后，面团盖上塑料膜放入冰箱冷藏一夜（不是冷冻freeze）。
第二天拿出烤盘，浇上剩下的herb oil,还是用手指尖弄均匀。
然后发酵三个小时，面团有1 inch厚的时候就可以烤了。
预热500F.将烤盘放入，温度调至450F
20分钟，中间可以旋转烤盘，让受热均匀。
冷却至少20分钟。
吃不完一定要密封袋子里冷冻freeze（千万不要冷藏），袋子最好不用塑料袋，因为这
样面包就不脆了。
可是实在没有纸袋，可以将塑料袋的空气排尽，或者将塑料膜将面包包紧，然后放入塑
料密封袋。

herb oil的配方，根据你手头有什么新鲜herb，我有很多dried herb，但是新鲜的只有
dill，所以我用的是dill。根据你自己的口味放多放少。菜谱上还说可以混合放一些
herb，未必只有一种。另外加一些调味品，如蒜泥、小茴香、黑胡椒、辣椒粉、盐。
橄榄油一定要温热（100F）的，然后加fresh herb。
