我们住的是公寓，用了洗衣机，然后忘了下水管，把楼下淹了。公寓管理处给我们下发
了通知，让我们搬家。请问这种情况一般需要赔偿什么呀？通知里写的是：
Pursuant the provisions of section 23 of the lease, you are hereby notified
that at the expiration of (3) days, the undersigned will serve a 5 Day
Notice, following which the apartment will be repossessed and an action will
be commenced against you in court for your removal by the Sheriff, for rent
for the remainder of the lease term, for attorney fees and court costs, and
for any other damages sustained by the Landlord.
媳妇一周之内就要生孩子。。。
