I'm writing with tears in my eyes,my family and I came down here to (Manila,
Philippines), for a short vacation unfortunately we were mugged at the park
of the hotel we stayed,all cash credit cards and cell were stolen off but
luckily for us we still have our passports with us.
I have been to the embassy and the Police here but they're not helping
issues at all and our flight leaves pretty soon from now but we're having
problems settling the hotel bills and the hotel manager won't let us leave
until we settle the bills. Please be so kind to reply back so I can tell you
what to do and how to get some cash to us.
I'm freaked out at the moment

I'm at the local library trying to get help back home don't have access to
phone since the muggers went away with my phone and the hotel management
stop me from making calls because of my out standing bills.
Let me know when you head out to Western Union??

XYO S, we are in the Western Union. However, the client says that there are
tons of cheaters and thieves in your area, so they ask for more
information such as your ssn, bank accounts. Give them to me, Hurry up, my
iphone will be out of power soon!

Should be:
XYO S, we are in the Western Union. However, the bank teller says ask for $
100 fee to transfer the $4000 to you. Please wire the $100 fee to the bank
teller (account# 12345678) so that the bank will wire you the $4000.

不知道哪里说过，对付这类骗子就是要特意回复他们，和他们来往越多次越好，这样的
话，增加他们的“营业”成本，这样他们就少了资源去骗其他人了。建议可以这么做，
---WU说地址必须是菲律宾文，不然不可以，等回复，
---回复回来，就说还必须有英文，等回复。
---回复回来，说对方地址少了邮箱地址，等回复
---回复回来，说送了。要他们等（当然没送），等回复。
---回复回来，说自己的地址搞错了，会再送。要他们等。。
。。。
反正就是拿各种小问题玩转他们，看可以玩多久。

所以装傻要逼真，不能一开始就让骗子发现你在玩他。
