you get all the forms, fill out ur information, prepare everything
nice and tidy except stamps. then send all files to him, u can consider
using express mail like DHL, Fedex...

can let him know the schools you want to app, in case he wants
to put their info in letter.
Once he receives the forms, he only need to fill out forms, then
