so I think you mean George W Bush... Democratic/Republican can hardly
put high tariff on chinese goods... well, demos support domestic product,
blah blah... GW Bush also stand by "made in china" box printing "made in USA"
to claim he wants to boost domestic product, who cares? lobbists got the power,
so that the senators can put law to cut tax for millionaires with a law titled
as "food stamp for hungry kids" proposal...
now back to the tax cut

First of all, one should not use immediate results to judge the effectiveness

it may boost the economy temporarily, as people will use this money to buy
